1. Product introduction
The low-voltage electrical system training platform is based on the Geely Geometry G6 model, including lighting system, comfort system, body low-voltage system, etc., and each component is fixed on the platform according to the relative position of the original car, intuitively showing the structural layout and working principle of the low-voltage electrical system of pure electric vehicles, and meeting the structural cognition and detection functions of the low-voltage electrical system. The device is equipped with a detection panel through which the control circuitry of each system can be measured.
2. Product configuration/function
1. The frame of the equipment is supported by a square tube with a wall thickness of 2.5mm as the bench, and the exterior is made of 2mm high-quality steel plate through laser cutting process and CNC bending equipment to ensure beautiful and firm. The measuring panel adopts 8mm transparent acrylic mirror UV spraying process, and the equipment operation panel conforms to the ergonomic design concept, which is convenient for students to operate.
2. The light switch, glass lifting switch, rearview mirror switch and the detection panel are reasonably arranged in the same plane, so that the trainees can easily observe the action changes of each component when operating the switch, and at the same time, it is convenient to use a multimeter or oscilloscope to detect the data of each system.
3. Students can read and clear fault codes for the body controller through the special decoder for new energy vehicles, read dynamic data stream, parameter setting and other diagnostic functions.
4. The training platform is equipped with a manual fault setting box, which can open the circuit fault setting for the front lighting system, glass lifting system, tail lighting system, etc.
5. The main accessories of the equipment include: 2 original front headlight assemblies, 1 wiper motor assembly, 4 glass lifting motors, 4 door lock blocks, 2 exterior mirrors, 2 indoor ceiling lights, 2 speakers, 2 lights, 1 high-mounted brake light, 1 set of through-type taillights, 4 glass lifting switches, 1 combination switch, detection panel (detection terminal 126), 1 set of wireless fault setting system (20 open circuit faults), etc.
