Each component is fixed to the platform according to the relative position of the original vehicle, which intuitively displays the driving motor control system and the structural principle of the drive system of the pure electric vehicle, and meets the structural cognition and detection function of the system. The device is equipped with a detection panel that can be used to measure the relevant circuits of the drive motor.
2. Functional characteristics
1. The frame of the equipment is supported by a square tube with a wall thickness of 2.5mm as the bench, and the exterior is made of 2mm high-quality steel plate through laser cutting process and CNC bending equipment to ensure beautiful and firm. The detection panel, column and both sides of the bottom of the frame are made of laser hollowing process and equipped with LED lighting effects to increase the sense of science and technology of the equipment and improve the learning interest of students. The measuring panel adopts 8mm transparent acrylic mirror UV spraying process, and the equipment operation panel conforms to the ergonomic design concept, which is convenient for students to operate.
2. Students can read and clear fault codes, read dynamic data streams, parameter settings and other diagnostic functions for the motor control system through the special decoder for new energy vehicles.
3. The drive motor training platform is equipped with detection terminals, and the trainees can analyze the circuit signal characteristics of each system through the multimeter and oscilloscope.
4. The equipment is equipped with a wireless fault setting system to meet the line disconnection setting function of the vehicle controller.
5. The upper cover of the motor controller is designed with transparent acrylic, which can clearly observe the internal structure of the motor controller.
