(1) Metal Frame for Drive Motor Performance Testing Station
The equipment features an integrated structure with a shell made from ≥1.5mm thick cold-rolled plate, processed with acid washing, spraying, and silk screening. The main frame uses steel structure welding with anti-static coating, and external components include laser-cut and CNC machined structural parts. It also features lockable swivel casters for easy mobility and load-bearing.
(2) System Control Board
Measures motor parameters such as speed, torque, and output power. Connects to the teaching display and uses an interactive system to test motor characteristic curves.
Advanced Hardware Design: Integrates a high-efficiency STM32F4 chip with a 168MHz operating frequency and DSP instructions for enhanced computing power. Advanced pulse detection circuitry connects with most torque and speed sensors on the market.

Used with the drive motor and testing system to set faults, perform fault diagnosis, and measure data.
